I discovered and fell in love with BuzzFeed Unsolved.
I started and finished The Witcher tv series and loved every second of it.
A couple friends and I implemented a standing coffee date once a week, and it's been so awesome. It takes a lot of energy sometimes, but it's always worth it.
Lost my shit over Halsey's new album, Manic. I love the FUCK out of the whole damn album, oh my god.
I seriously considered going to the ER and having myself admitted to the psych ward because I hit a really low crisis point.
I decided to go back on my antipsychotics for the time being because going off of them was awful.
I had a full blood work up done, still waiting for the results on that.
I finally got a primary care doctor!
I started to notice a lot of personal progress in coping with my anxiety, which felt so incredible.
I started taking more steps towards getting more professional support in my healing and recovery. baby steps, but it still counts!
I put a crisis plan in place, which was scary but I feel really good about it.
