I made a really big personal stride in putting myself out there - I contacted a local cat rescue group to inquire about fundraising partnerships, and I didn't have a panic attack or some huge downward thought spiral. I feel really good about it and I'm proud of myself for taking even the smallest step forward.
I bought my domain! I have it for the next two years, and I'm really happy I was able to get the exact domain name that I wanted.
I also switched my hosting and made a completely new website because honestly, I wouldn't be me if I waited until things were lined up and in order to jump into something I'm passionate about.
We got our first snowfall! It was super light and didn't really stay, but we went outside and enjoyed the snow while it was still falling. My youngest was so happy, she told me that snow is her favourite thing ever and it was just a really sweet little moment.
I had my first resurgence of suicidal thoughts since starting my latest medication combo. Not a fun time, but it's all pretty mild and most likely to do with the time change and my seasonal issues, so I'm doing okay.
My partner Raven and I celebrated 7 years of marriage. I got her a pendant from Grimfrost and she got me this book that I've been dying to get my hands on for over a year. We don't usually celebrate this anniversary too much as we both consider our dating anniversary to be the real marker of our time together, but it was fun to do a little gift exchange this year.
My doctor upped my antidepressant because I've been struggling with my symptoms since daylight savings.
I celebrated 100 days self harm free
I spent an amazing (albeit exhausting) day out at the thrift store with a couple of my friends. It was incredibly needed.
I started getting back into working with clay and I've really been loving it. Playing with different mediums has always been my favourite part of art.
So, that was my month. How was yours?
